Our Accommodation

We offer 2 double bedrooms, one of which can be easily converted to a family room, plus one twin room. There is a shared bathroom with bath and shower. We provide fresh towels and bathrobes. Each bedroom has a TV, clock and tea-making facilities. We have plenty of books and board games. We offer flexible arrival, departure and breakfast times. Smoking is not permitted in the house. We can accommodate dogs, but please check first.

• Hostess is a qualified nanny (CRB checked) baby sitting available
• Qualified in Level 1 of BSL (British Sign Language)
• Transport to and from local eateries
• Cooked breakfast (on farmhouse Aga)
• Packed lunches (£4.00 a head)
• All diets catered for (coeliac, vegetarian, lactose-intolerant etc.)
• We welcome guests who wish to browse around the farm. You are welcome to borrow some wellies

• Tired walkers can be collected //Rescued !! & returned following day to
  continue walk.

Tariff

Prices start at £29 per person, per night, depending on length of stay.

£35 single occupancy, children on sliding scale

Please note that cancellation within 72 hours is chargeable at full rate.
